🌙 What to Expect During Your Session

During your Reiki healing session, Bethalize will connect with your energy to support the restoration of your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies for your highest good. This may include chakra balancing, removing blockages, and clearing stagnant or toxic energy that no longer aligns with your mind, body, and spirit.

Sessions are conducted remotely and last approximately 30 minutes. Reiki energy will be sent with the intention of working harmoniously with your energy field, even without you being physically present, addressing whatever is most needed for your highest good.
