But rarely do I see any brands promoting self love in a way to promote self healing in a way that makes you feel that you want to invest moreย on yourself than those discounted chocolates after V-day.
Studies have shown that depression is high around the months between December (Christmas) and February (Valentines Day) During these months we really dedicate ourselves to pouring into other people's cups and neglect to fill our own. Not that there isn't anything wrong with giving to those you love and appreciate, but why not show yourself that same love and appreciation too!ย
